Is this the biggest question mark in Pokémon Battling history? I assume most veterans by now can pinpoint what most Pokémon do & have a rough idea of their moveset, and through their stats & abilities, at least take a guess at what it's most likely here for. But not Drifblim: This thing just has a bunch of okay things here & there, neat abilities, moves that could complement its stats & abilities, and most importantly, it never really shined in any tier yet, which could have helped spread at least one popular set into the light.
It's not like you're expected to see a Drifblim in most, if not all tiers, but what are some other Pokémon that are somewhat unpredictable?
