>It's the best way to make sure you use it. Look at Zorua. Zorua's problem was that you could only get it by transferring an event Pokemon from gen 4. If it had been a rare spawn in an early game route I guarantee it would be way more popular. Nowhere near Lucario, but let's be honest, none of the Lucario clones will ever eclipse Lucario.
