I think that Game Freak should pull a "Sonic Mania" and give the games to the fans to make.

When Sega did this, they got the first critically acclaimed Sonic game in a LONG time. Mania is generally received by fans to be a great game. I think Pokemon should go this route.

Hand the game to a couple of well-known ROM hack makers and let them take control, as they know the desires from us.
