Depends on if we take Z-Moves into account

He's completed the island challenge and got the Normalium, Electrium/Pikashunium, Grassium, Rockium, Lycanium, and Steelium Z from it, so any of his Pokemon that know moves for those types can use Z-Moves, while the rest can't

I'm not sure what the other two should be, maybe Snorlax and Krookodile? Now that I think about it in the match against Tobias why didn't Ass bring Snorlax instead of Torkoal? Snorlax is 10x better than torkoal

sinnoh and battle frontier was good because he used just about everything he had.

Infernape’s Blaze is OP and offers Ash fighting coverage.

Charizard is one of the only pokemon Ash has that has victories against legendary pokemon under his belt and is undefeated in all battles where it successfully uses Seismic Toss (I shit you not). To not include either of those two would be folly.
