Not right now. The excuse is that LGPE only supports the gen 1 pokemon + Meltan and Melmetal and they want to make you suffer with Pokémon GO being your only source of transferable pokemon

Hated Let's Go, but the one thing I liked was the partner Pokemon and he'll be trapped on that shitty game forever.

Plans can obviously change, but Ishihara mentioned in an interview that they planned to bring Bank and Global Link to the then-called NX. I'd say Bank is a 98% guarantee.

Borrow a friend's cartridge, or can you renew your pass without a cartridge? It's not ideal, but you could renew it until SwSh becomes Bank compatible if you can.

If not, there will definitely be a way to obtain (almost) every pokemon within the generation, like they did with XYORAS. This is probably the reason there isn't a national dex in gen 7: completing it for the certificate would have been gated behind a paywall otherwise.

You can’t access the app at all without a cartridge, so renewing isn’t possible. Even if it was, I wouldn’t want to renew it unless I could look inside and see if my Pokemon were still around. I would borrow a friend’s if I could but my 3DS is Japanese, and all of my friends have NA games.

I wouldn't say that. Bank for Let's Go wouldn't make much sense if Let's Go Pokemon were only compatible with Let's Go. When they officially announce Bank for Switch leading up to the release of Sword/Shield, they'll come up with some Poke Transporter-type app that moves your Let's Go mons over to the Transport Box and deletes your save if you transfer Partner Pikachu/Eevee.

Yeah, LGPE mons will go through a transporter. The candies will also get reset to 0 EVs in the process, much like VC Pokemon.

The partners though, if they can go forward at all, might get something special through the game, sort of like the Ash-Greninja from Sun and Moon demo. You'd get a copy from your LGPE save file. The copy method would work best.
