Is it possible to build empoleon as a sweeper in OU?

with agility and a weakness policy I think it might have potential as a decent mixed attacker.

empoleon has high special attack, but its physical is decent and it can have defiant.

empoleon isn't bulky enough to benefit from an assault vest. It can tank some fire moves just fine but it needs some major stat boosts to dish out damage. Luckily its abilities and movepool are pretty flexible in that direction

SubPetaya Agility Empoleon was a pretty good set back in Gen 4 OU, and Gen 5/6 UU. You could always play oldgens if you want to use it. Unfortunately it's not good enough for current UU, though.

I very rarely come across a madman running empoleon but when I do it's always support sets with defog or stealth rocks.
I don't think it could really ever get a sweep off with an offensive set. Everyone prepares their team for rain/ash greninja so they will have a very good water resistance or two.
