Come up with a decently usable generation 8 pseudo legendary.

There you go. You counter stall, can PP stall, can hardly be statued, basically OHKO whatever wants to kill you at full health and with TR you can heal right after a Metal Burst since you're the slowest mon around.

I made a mistake, Metal Burst doesn't have a decreased priority, so Counter and Mirror Coat are likely the best choices with TR.
