Pretty sure OP pic is refering to the mass firebombing of Tokyo.
Brainlets only know bout muh nuke but the firebombing was much deadlier.

And the Hoenn city that was nuked is Nagasaki (Slateport), not Hiroshima.

Unova has more in common with the japanese regions than the european based regions.
And there was never any war because there were never any colonies, we know the history of unova and the two brothers and it has nothing to do with kalos or galar.
Also the fact every state is apparently a different region.

There's japanese school uniforms and shinto shrines and much more like the tokyo imperial palace being the entralink, those abyssal ruins being based on actual ruins found near japan, etc.

They bombed an US military base, and the only few civilians killed at Pearl Harbour were killed by US ant-aircraft shells that fell back
