Meganium does have some unique moves among its brethren like Dragon Tail and Aromatherapy, but otherwise you're simply better off using other defensive Grass-types such as Tangela, Roselia, and Cradily, which have better utility overall. As a cleric, Audino, Articuno, and even Granbull are better choices due to their superior bulk and movepools.
