I want to play Gen 3. Preferably Emerald, but if someone can come up with a good reason for me to play R/S I guess I will.

Should I:

Play on 3DS (originals via hacking, NOT oras)

Play on PC (no controller)

Play on PC (with controller)

Play on Wii (with GameCube controller and can use ultra comfy small CRT TV over composite cables)

Play on Wii U (with gamepad because why not)
