Having a couple Pokemon (cause you'd still want more than just a single one...) walk around in circles in an area might have been good enough back in the 2D games, had Gamefreak ever thought to do something like that. But this is now the 8th generation, on an HD console. If Gamefreak was really trying to impress, the areas would pretty much look like Pokemon Snap courses. Multiple Pokemon of different species running or flying through the area or doing different animations, interactice with one another. Not a single Pokemon just kind of walking around, doing nothing
