Would it be like trying to explain things to a mentally handicapped person?
We know for a fact that dolphins are less intelligent than us, but by how much?
Would their brain implode when you ask them a philosophical question?
Do they believe in an afterlife?
There would be so much we want to explain to them and teach them but could they even comprehend any of it besides basic commands?
Humans have never before been able to communicate with any other species so what if our concept of reality doesn't even resemble what a dolphin thinks?
This would be like trying to communicate with aliens that have no concept of what we understand and we have no concept of what they understand.
