>>37872800Because if it actually uses the same letters as we see in GAME FREAK then the second word ends in -ae which is only used in Latin loanwords and the first word is G___F which doesn't really make any sense.
It's far more likely that these letters don't actually mean anything and they just pick ones that sort of fit for some text and then fill the rest with gibberish. The fact that no one has been able to crack it despite having GAME FREAK as a key is a big hint.
