The best part is that you get the option to individually select if you want Natures, Abilities, and IVs or not. You can finally play a Pokemon game with peace of mind of not having to deal with fucking shitty Natures and IVs. EVs are also no matter either since Gen 2 uses Stat EXP. It's absolutely wonderful.
Updated mechanics, Cross-gen evos, widespread Pokemon buffs and changes, QoL changes, etc. The only problem is that it's not technically finished. Also every Pokemon is viable, so you'll have a hard time choosing what you want to use.
It's the closest I've played to the perfect Pokemon game.
