Animal fur is NOT disheveled and wild like Det. Pikachu, Christopher Robin, or countless other CGI abominations. When fur on animals gets that unkempt, it's usually a sign of disease or infirmity in the animal, and yet that seems to be the ONLY way they can depict fur. It's gross, and just plain inaccurate to how biology works. (also don't try with the "Pooh characters are stuffed animals". Plush animals don't tend to have fabric like that either, unless the maker intentionally buys fabric to do so, and it's fairly uncommon)
