How come Magnemite weights 6kg and Magneton 60kg? My headcanon is that it weights much more than three Magnemite because of some magnetic fields, idk if it really works out tho.

Magneton is honestly one of my favorite pokemon. I love those more "industrial" designs from gen 1, like the type of pokemon you would find in an abandoned laboratory or something. Magneton, muk, weezing, porygon, etc.

I bred a shiny Magnemite in Moon and then evolved it completely so I could use it in Ultra Moon. Even though I like Magneton more than Magnezone I don't really regret it, I like the line enough to get more than one shiny eventually

I really like its attack animation in the 3D games, how all 3 units separate and aim their magnets. Magnezone loses points for not being able to do that

the 3D games show the units separating temporarily as they're only stuck together with magnetism, but I dunno if they are bound together by a single consciousness. from the same gen, Dugtrio and Exeggcute are described as clusters of individuals that could theoretically separate, so maybe Magneton can too
