Gamefreak absorbed most of them after PBR. Genius Senority is barely above a shell company now.

Genius Sonority IS Game Freak now

The Genius Sonority only makes shovelware now is because it's all they have the staff for.

Nintendo should just buy their studio at this point, since Creatures, GameFreak and Nintendo all have 1/3 of the Pokémon franchise.

The whole point of The Pokemon Company being a joint venture between those three companies is that the franchise is far too big for any of them to handle on their own.

Buying Genius Sonority would be a waste when most of its old staff are already at Game Freak anyway
