>>37895093Based on the other language names, it's likely just Scorch + Bunny.
>>37895218>>37895249>>37895456That said, it's 100% going to be related to some kind of sport and 90% going to be football.
The sports tape is more of a japanese trope, but it with the high energy of Scorbunny clearly shows that it's some kind of athlete. Also, just cause it's more common in anime doesn't mean sports tape like that isn't a thing elsewhere. It's linked to ball sports because it's literally a bandage for the bridge of the nose after getting smacked in the face by a ball.
The tape on the feet, however, serve a different purpose as they're the source of it's fire. They're likely meant to be striker strips like you find on matchboxes. By scraping them on the ground as it runs, Scorbunny makes sparks and fire from it's feet. There's a clear focus on it's feet throughout the trailer. That's where a lot of the FOOTball links start, but that's not all there is to it.
The biggest thing to me about it being football related is actually the color and that red puffy collar it has. It's a dead ringer for the English National Football kit. They use red and white cause of the english flag, and most of them throughout the years have had a red collar just like Scorbunny's.
Finally, they wouldn't give all these signals of football in a fucking UK themed region and then suddenly go "Nope, actually it's not football it's something else entirely!" The theme is clearly there and it is HIGHLY unlikely they'll do another major tonal shift like they did from Torracat to Incineroar.
There's definitely a sports theme and it's all but certainly going to be football.
