Well I mean there's no "real reason" to believe that any Pokemon leak is real, but you can also never be COMPLETELY sure as to how real or fake it is, and most people usually like to assume that all "leaks" are fake because it just makes life easier that way
I do think, however, it's a little too strong of him to have assumed that EVERYTHING from 4chan is fake, even though you can't really blame him for thinking so, but even then it's not like you can really KNOW, so whatever
