It's like they poured all their effort onto Braixen (even giving it it's own set of animations, like stomping on it's foot in annoyance, ears get ruffled, etc), and then remembered "oh shit we can't have it be cooler than our shill frog" so they shat out a traffic cone instead.
Damn shame, because Delphox's official art is great.
