I don't mind baby pokemon if the were just pre evolutions that you could find early in the game and evolved early on like level 10 or something like Riolu BW2 and XY

I'm fine with all of them except Igglybuff, Azurill, Cleffa, and Chingling. What dumbass thought it was a good idea to make pre-evolutions for Pokemon that were already tiny, cute, and weak?? They're completely useless and pointless.

All of them are pointless except for the ones that evolve into new gen mons.

GameFreak like always doesn't use their heads well. Masuda's ex favorite mon was Pichu actually. GameFreak does like baby pokemon and thought it was a worthwhile idea back then even though they are basically worthelss pokedex slots.
