Regardless, it's a shame to hear that you don't like it, but I can (mostly) understand where you're coming from. As for Lugia's theme, I can barely remember it to begin with (which I suppose proves your point) and after re-listening I'm inclined to agree. After the first 40 seconds, it really drops the ball, which is a shame because I absolutely love where the verse is going.
