Hell, he's already had multiple pokemon that can mega evolve, they could bring one of those back for fanservice. Bringing his Sceptile back would have even shilled ORAS. He has his own fucking Charizard they could have brought back if they wanted, and either come up with something else for Alain, or double shill Charizard by having the two of them use each of Charizard's mega evolutions.
