Nah. It dominated the gen 3 meta to the point that Quagsire was a staple on Ubers teams, barely slowed down when Palkia turned up to throw that x4 resistance at it, told Kyurem's new forms and a shiny new electric uber to sit the fuck down while it was talking, and was still going strong in gen 6's deerpocolypse before P-Don hard countered it.
I'd say that was one hell of a run.

Lunala is still good as a sweeper, the speed it has over Dawn-Wings Necrozma is a perk, and Multiscale that can't be negated is always a nice perk, as is the fact that you can use both it, and the superior Dusk Mane Necrozma on the same team.
Solgaleo is absolute trash, though, even if it wasn't made completely redundant by Necrozma.
Honestly, Solgaleo could probably be OU.

The assertion that golduck is a proper counter to primal groudon is absurd. Golduck is in a lower speed tier and gets one shot by precipice spam.Supplementing it's speed with scarf makes golduck not viable against most other pokemon, so that's not a good option either. The proper counter to primal groudon is zygaurd, yveltal, or kyogre. Their is a very good reason primal groudon is in the uber teir.
