>>37920471Meta-wise, Pichu is the best, Charizard is the worst, if you believe the Pokemon of Pokemon can't be rated separately, then Jigglypuff is worse.
Mewtwo is pretty low, actually. The airdodge nerf actually hurt Mewtwo really, really, really badly, so now Mewtwo has basically no defensive options on top of being a very large, very light character. Mewtwo basically can't land anymore, and he can't spam airdodge to trick people. Teleport is good, but not enough to make him survive.
Final point, Mewtwo in particular really, really hates swords, and Ultimate is dominated by swords for now.
Lucario is very hit or miss. His basic engine is good, easily high tier, but Aura is way too matchup and play dependent, and holds him back more than it helps.
Ivysaur is a very good character, one of the better characters in the game in its own right.
Greninja is just never used, it's hard to say if it's good or not. It definitely has very strong tools, and it's fast, but any particular strengths or flaws it might have are masked by the fact that nobody plays the fucking thing.
Incineroar has a very solid kit, hampered by godawful recovery. Incineroar is like, a high-tier character, hobbled down to high low tier, just because it can't get back to stage.
Squirtle is the only one of the Pokemon Trainer pokemon that actually acts like it's on a team, it has distinct times in a match where it is effective, and others where it is terrible. Unfortunately, Charizard is so bad, and Ivysaur is so good, that Squirtle just kind of has an incomplete gimmick. It's low-mid at best.
