It learned Fire Blast a few weeks ago which means it won't be learning Darkest Lariat.
Its four moves are Fire Fang, Flame Charge, Revenge and Fire Blast.
It won't unlearn any of those four for one reason or another, and the anime won't showcase Incineroar without its signature move.
Torracat can't use any Z-Moves either. It's worse than Rowlet.

Actually out the Pokémon he currently has both on him and at Oak's;
19 are fully evolved (16 of which evolved after being caught)
7 are in the middle stage (6 of which evolved after being caught)
4 that can't evolve (5 if you count Rotom, 33/34 if you count all the Tauros)
9 that are in their base stage

Not counting the Tauros fully evolved Pokémon make up the largest percentage of the Pokémon Ash has.

We’ve seen Incineroar able to shoot stuff from its flame belt, Fire Blast is fine. Kukui’s has performed a literal charge with flames in the end battle of one episode versus Pangoro, and they can copy the movie in making Fire Fang a magic set of flames resembling a fanged mouth. Revenge can also go the route in Smash.

I have a hard time believing you in any event with all the morons who insisted Litten would never evolve in the first place.

They tend to keep some basic basis for the evolutions. Goodra still needed rain, Politoad still needed to take the King's Rock, Shelmet and Karrablast still needed to be traded with one another and so on. Meltan needs the multiple Meltan for Melmetal.

We have 0 idea of Meltans/Melmetals battling abilities right now. Heracross and Snorlax are 2 of Ashs strongest Pokemon so they'd fill in the 6th slot currently.
