Being able to abuse the fuck out of them in particular because it adds functionality you don't find in the remakes even.
And really... Do you not enjoy watching speed runs of games where it shows the player's absolute knowledge of the game?
Or just a good thorough playthrough which does the same, just in a different way?
Playing games is about learning. Practicing what you've learned is the utmost in fun.
