Actually yokai watch has a nice charm to it. Looks comfy af. I know both aren't exactly top tier graphics but it's cute. I can't imagine Pokemon getting into the realistic so e of graphics u less it's supposed to look cool for a fighting game like pokken or jarring like the detective movie.

I wish they would just step up the game on smaller things like interactions and physics (flowers and grass bending when you walk through them, rocks and pebbles scattering, shirts having looseness). I suppose better textures would be nice, that trailer makes the male protags hair look like a plastic Lego clip on.

I can't tell if this Yo-Kai stanning is something of a joke or if people are serious about it. The game is bad, the monsters are ugly, the graphics are disgusting. Not saying Sword and Shield look amazing, but you can't say they look worse than that messy game

pun game is pretty great for localization, meticulously-detailed, lots of tedious minigames like fishing and bug-catching for completionist enthusiasts, it's more suitable if you like Japanese mythology which might be why it didn't hit off too well for children here
