The obvious thing everyone will call out is that she’s 20 years old so she can’t be a trial captain, but that can easily be explained as no one else could be found to do trials, she just doesn’t care because she doesn’t even have a Trial anyway in SM, or the trial she gives you in USUM is her very last one since it involves all the other Trial Captains.
Or she’s just 19 and hasn’t turned 20 yet. Either way, GameFreak know what they are doing, they’ve managed this timeline and all the subliminals for 20 years.
