Why are people pretending Alola Formes were executed well? Literally only two of these are liked: Alolan Marowak and Alolan Ninetales. The rest are either forgotten about or full on hated. Why are we pretending these were a good idea and that Game Freak should continue making them?

>Alolan Raticate is just as shit as regular Raticate
>Alolan Ninetales is good but caught late enough in the game for you to not really give a shit about it
>Alolan Sandslash is good but no one really cares about it and has the same issues as Alolan Ninetales
>Alolan Muk is strong but not everyone likes its design, throws regular Muk under the bus
>Alolan Persian is a fucking atrocity
>Alolan Dugtrio is a meme and no one really cares about it
>Alolan Golem is an ugly, racist stereotype and could have been good but is just as shit as regular Golem
>Alolan Exeggutor is a meme but is actually okay
>Alolan Marowak is the only Alolan Forme people actually like or care about, and if you used an Alolan Forme in your team it was Marowak
>Alolan Raichu is just weird

And that's it, years of critical design process and thinking and these are the results. Why do we want regional variants to return? Game Freak fucked them up from the get go.
