No wait, because that's stupid and devalues tons of rare Pokémon. What value does Dunsparce have if not for its rarity? That is the fun of Pokémon. The hunt makes the reward that much sweeter and fans seeking instant gratification because they don't have an attention span are ruining this. This has been in place since the Capsule Monsters design document. Pikachu's popularity began because it was a rare 5% encounter in Viridian Forest and could be the first Electric-type you get. It felt special because it was easily missable and different. Dunsparce may be a shitmon, but without its low encounter rate, it's nothing. No Trainer in the game uses one, so it'll never appear in your Pokédex unless you come across it through chance, go hunting for it, or hear about it through the right phone call. That's fitting of a Pokémon based on the tsuchinoko.
This pandering to people like you hurts region design immensely, because now Game Freak thinks that no Pokémon should be difficult to obtain, so optional areas get shafted for putting as many interesting Pokémon as possible on required routes. Saying Wobbuffet, Skarmory, and Gligar are bad because they're rewards for exploring off the beaten path is the reason why I have no hope for the future of Pokémon, because you idiots are influencing it.
