Something tells me person who did this was the same one who made that accidental tweet, and I'm pretty sure the next trailer is ready just waiting to be posted.
This may have also been recorded by someone in the development team. I don't believe this thing lacks shading like many claim, it just happens to be in a dark place with little to no ilumination, but if indeed the shading is wrong, the person who recorded it is someone working in the game.
