Absolutely nothing in Litten or Torracat's designs implies it has any interest in fighting or wrestling; even going by pokedex entries, the most we get is that Torracat can become spoiled by attention and has strong forearms. Then all of a sudden it transforms into a design that is 100% exclusively about wrestling, suddenly shifting from being an average-sized quadruped to being a huge muscular humanoid with giant awkward fists and one of those shitty shirt-patterns with its fur. Wrestling, and even more specifically, being a heel, is an extremely specific subset of fighting.
That being said, I do feel like most Litten-final-evo designs were REALLY bland. They were mostly just "fire tiger", but that's kinda fair given they're going solely on Litten, who has the stereotypical tiger stripes on its forehead.
Remember when people thought those lines were supposed to represent the symbol for brimstone? Good times.
