I feel like a lot of the grass types, notably bayleaf, lilligant, tropius, trevanant, bellossom, etc have edible food that naturally falls off their bodies without the need to kill or even harm them to harvest. I could see the ring of buds around bayleafs neck being cooked like brusslesprouts or ground into spices. Maybe even flowering pokemon like bellossom are used for teas. Lilligants pokedex entry actually says its head leafs when consumed give energy or whatever so its cannon.

For oddish, cherrim, and some of the mushrooms tho... f

(speaking of, brelloom would probably taste amazing it would be like a mix of a mushroom and a steak fuckin YUM)

I was thinking of having a separate icon for pokemon like this but I decided not to. I imagine that a lot of pokemon I left uncircled or even some I circled could be "harvested" for food without slaughtering them. A lot of egg producing pokemon, from birds to certain reptiles to chansey and shit come to mind too

If you are talking about morally, everything is okay to eat as long as you are desperate enough. If you are talking canon, none of them despite the small misteps with "slowpoke tail" TPC doesnt want to people to think pokemon as potential food, everyone is vegetarian on pokemon, and only the non pokemon plants. If you are talking possibly to eat, i would say most of them with a few exceptions like the ghosts, the literal rock ones (though some part of them might not be as rocky) and the poison ones depending if they are either made of poison or you cant properly remove from it like we cant with some poisonous trees/fish/bugs in our world.
