Who expected this game to have a meta? It was targeted at GO casuals and the mega autists who buy everything Pokemon. Neither of those groups are in to competitive battling. The autists are too busy playing with their peckers while dressing up eevee and the GO casuals will just get confused. Why do you think they removed abilities and items? They knew the average spastic who bought this wouldn’t be able to understand it.
