I guarantee you that if Episode 38 (Electric Soldier Porygon) aired in the United States, there wouldn't be any seizures. Little Japanese children and their very tiny slits for eyes couldn't handle the rapidly flashing red and blue lights, but that's no need to ban the episode in the US where kids have normal eyes.
