Objective based on what? The only objective measures are how well it performs in competitive scenes or in-game.

In what regards ? competitivity or design ?
Because there's no such thing as rating Pokemon's designs objectively since there's literally 0 criteria when it comes to designing one.

Im just going how interesting and likable of a pokemon it generally is. Im going off "thats a good starter" or "thats a meh starter" Design plays a larger role in that than viability
