Unlike other bugs, volc can just win the game if it comes out on something that can't do anything about it. 1 QD is clean up time, half HP or not. If you manage to lead and get a few off its just 6-0. Compare that to every other 4x rock weakness bugs, and they can't kill shit due to their speed, needing multiple boost, movepools and coverage, or just generally shit.
