I’m planning on completing a Smeargle solo run of SoulSilver. How do I do it?

I do plan on using hacks so that Smeargle is my starter Pokemon. Depending on how the run goes, I may periodically trade my Smeargle over to my completed Platinum version to relearn Sketch with a Heart Scale.

Technician if you actually plan on having moves that benefit from it in the finalized moveset, otherwise Own Tempo of course.
You'll want good neutral and super effective coverage on top of STAB so consider something like Normal/Electric/Ice/Ground for your coverage.
Swap item depending on the next battle, it doesn't really matter too much in-game.
Names can be whatever the fuck you want.

Oh. Judgment is unavailable to me because you can’t encounter Arceus in HGSS legitimately. I’m using hacks to change my starter, nothing else.
