Your player character constantly has this dumb smile, no matter the situation.
This leads to some interesting situations where some serious shit is going down and she just has this bigass smile on her face.
As someone else mentioned, dressing her up is a lot of fun.
There's a lot of cute moments where you play with Pokémon, but IDK if I'd base a playthrough over that.
The new games are cutscene heavy but overall pretty enjoyable.
At the very least they're better than X and Y.
