>>38000580It would actually make more sense with Pure Power, given that its Japanese name hasn't stopped being Yoga Power since someone last brought it up in this thread, and Mega Mewtwo X can stretch its limbs like a certain video game yogi.
I honestly would not be surprised if it was revealed that Mega Mewtwo X was designed with Pure Power in mind (with Mega Mewtwo Y getting a different OP ability) but was changed late in development because it would be too strong, where "strong" means "hard to outdo in the very next set of games without getting extra ridiculous".
