Basically a Pokémon assigned to the Void Type would be a Pokémon that is empty with no forms of energy and/or is unnatural to the world of Pokémon, which is usually filled with energy and life. It can also tie in with Japanese Philosophy and the 5 Elements like pic related. And here would be the typing situation for the Void Type imo;
Weak to Fighting, Psychic, Dragon and Dark
Strong against Fire, Grass, Water, Ground and Steel
Resists Fire, Grass, Water, Ground and Steel
