They used to have them at the Northgate Mall and Lynnwood Mall in WA, but the former was reduce to just a vending machine (that may or may not even be here anymore) and the latter went out of business when they were required to move to a part of the mall with less foot traffic if they wanted to renew their lease.

I got a really nice PC Meowth plush from GameStop the other day, along with the first in the 'A Day With Pikachu' set. They charge Pokemon Center's online price instead of gouging you because they're GameStop. I'm glad they sell the stuff.
