It's not his stat distribution that sucks.
It's his lack of an ability, sub-par move pool, and lack of an item slot (unless you want to run Normal) that hurts.

Yeah Silvally is my favorite Normal type and probably my favorite Gen 7 Pokemon(although Naganadel is tied). Sucks how much of a waste its BST is.
