>>38013510Purely offensively, Ice is actually a great type. The ability to supereffectively hit Grass, Ground, and Flying types at the same time cannot be understated. It's no mistake that Ice moves are used so frequently for coverage, they're great at that.
Bug's not very good offensively or defensively, but it has a few things to offer in both. Hitting both Psychics and Darks at the same time is nice, and so is a resistance to Fighting. Bug's worst problem is that there aren't many types that synergize well with it. Grass/Bug in particular is a contender for the worst typing.
If it weren't for Sneaky Pebbles, no one would even remember Rock.
