Suppose there was a Pokémon game that allowed you the option to skip tutorials and cut-scenes. Along with having maps designed with overworld encounters in mind to not clutter the map and giving you the option of traditional capture methods or GO style, and also having something akin to what DQ11 has with being able to switch to a more traditional 2D style with random encounters.
