Delcatty got a stat buff in gen 7 while Lumineon was in Alola's dex. Purugly is definitely Sinnoh's forgotten mon. Gen 3's is probably Cacturne. One of the only ones to never reappear in a regional dex.

Kingler finally got good STAB move for Sheer Force
Girafarig got Nasty Plot
Amoongus is huge in VGC
Barbaracle also got a good water STAB move for Tough Claws, but still needs one for Rock

The rest are right. Shiinotic got cucked in its own generation. The only thing it had going for it was Strength Sap and that was given to a bunch of other mons in USUM.
