I'm playing through Super Mystery Dungeon for the first time. I've casually gone through a couple Mystery Dungeon games in the past, but I want to learn how to play the game properly this time.

What are the best items in the games? Which are just inventory clutter that I should ignore?

Super is different from the other games. Items are extremely important. Always use emeras. Well, the good ones. They never fill your inventory since they are temporary.

Wands. And orbs I guess. But mostly wands. Don't be afraid to use them. Also Blast Seeds and Reviver Seeds/Tiny Reviver Seeds (keep them in the bag, don't eat them in normal situations). Keep some apples to eat when you need them if it's a story mission (in regular missions you can just switch to another Pokémon if you don't have any apples.

is it weird that i still use tackle in explorers of sky after beating the main story? it deals alright damage and has 30 pp which is a lot. I had a chance to use take down but it deals literally the same damage, but has half as much PP and hits u with recoil what the fuck
