The South drops it's "R's" at the end of words.
The Midwest is a fusion of all sorts with parts of the Great Lakes region being almost Canadian.
There's also the infamous Texan accent.
I've never heard what they have out West, though. I've always wondered how different Southern California sounds from Northern California.
