Yes this might mean an unknown from a different country might have different moves.
Not sure what to do with the exclamation and question mark though.

This sounds good but considering the games are originally in Japanese and a lot of the moves have totally different names in different languages it would be a complete clusterfuck to actually implement.

make it so that you can take any combination of six level 28 unown to ruins of alph and they will fuse into an evolution which has stats, moves, and abilities based on the sequence you brought.

We have 18 types and each type should have an offensive and a defensive Unown. They get their corresponding type and also a unique four-moves moveset. The type of Hidden Power is determined by IV and not by Unowns form. Unown gets an ability, which doubles damage of Hidden Power, which makes it a 120 BP coverage move. Fairy and Normal Hidden Power are now possible.

Unown’s Speed is increased to 150.

We get 8 additional forms, to get a total of 36 forms.
Thorn (Þ), Yogh (Ȝ), Gha (Ƣ), Eszett (ẞ), Esh (Ʃ); Colon (:), Period (.) and Asterisk (*)
